BTM Lit-L-Loc Hand Held Clinching Units

An economical approach to fastening sheet metal assemblies with a small upstanding flange.

Low-Cost Flange Clinching

BTM's Lit-L-Loc units are an economical approach to fastening sheet metal assemblies with edge or upstanding flanges. The punch and die can be reversed in these units, allowing the Tog-L-Loc® or Lance-N-Loc® "button" to form on either side of assembled parts. These units may be purchase separately or with and air-hydraulic booster which requires 80psi (5.5 bars) operating pressure. A Lit-L-Loc unit will join thicker materials with larger clinch joints than the UniClinch.
