Standard Production Equipment

BTM's standard production equipment line of products are designed to be an economical solution for your sheet metal assembly needs.

Whether you simply require punch & die tooling, or a manually operated unit or universal press- BTM strives to deliver value & quality in each of its standard products.

BTM offers four standard types of punch and die clinch tooling including punch and stripper assemblies and die holders.
Tog-L-Loc® or V-Loc are used for most applications.
Geo-Clinch® tooling is non-rotational and will set the geometry of your sheet metal assembly, and consists primarily of Oval-Loc® and Lance-N-Loc®.

BTM offers a broad range of Hand Held Units (HHUs) to suit your particular production assembly requirements.
These HHUs are designed to provide easy access to a broad range of difficult to reach clinch locations in minimum cycle time.
Each unit has a certain advantage with regard to total cost of ownership.

Air-Over-Oil Cylinders

Air/Oil Cylinder Units

Pneumatic Linear 1-100 Tons The BTM Air/Oil cylinder is ideal when a long, yet high force stroke is required in the last 12mm [.50in] of the total stroke.

An Air/Oil unit Is best for use in stationary applications but can also be robotically positioned.
Requires only 5.5 bar/80 psi air.
