BTM Bayonet Hand Held Clinching Units

Economical units with a high degree of maneuverability. Standard and Adaptable versions available.

Unit Accommodates Larger Parts

BTM's Bayonet units open easily to reach over part cross sections then quickly close and mechanically interlock for safe operation. The unit opens to 37.8mm [1.5in] and then closes and interlocks for safe operation with the OSHA compliant 6mm [.25in] opening. The unit will not operate unless it is in the closed and locked working position for operator safety. The operator can then use the other hand to hold or position the parts. The Bayonet unit is driven by an air-hydraulic booster which requires 80psi [5.5 bar] compressed air. Special "C" frames are also available.
