BTM Scandinavia AB Under New Ownership

Marysville, MI - We are pleased to welcome Bo Claesson and Stefan Unosson to the BTM distributor network. Bo and Stefan are the proud new owners of BTM Scandinavia AB which was previously owned by Jan Sjostrand. For over 10 years Jan has proudly and effectively served as the face of BTM throughout the Scandinavian region, and we truly wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Although the face of BTM in Scandinavia may have changed, the enthusiasm and innovative forward thinking that made BTM Scandinavia stand out in the region are very much unchanged with Bo and Stefan.

Bo Claesson brings over 30 years of experience to BTM Scandinavia AB. Born in 1957; he currently resides in Karlskrona Sweden. Bo worked for MCT Brattberg AB, and Pelmatic AB before founding the company of Evolator in 1995. In 2006, Bo sold Evolator, and has now partnered with Stefan Unosson to acquire BTM Scandinavia AB.

Stefan Unosson has been working in the automation industry since 1979. Born in 1960, Stefan currently resides in Kalmar Sweden. Stefan worked for RIFA, and ProjektGruppen before founding Promatek AB in 1993. Now Stefan has partnered with Bo Claesson to acquire BTM Scandinavia AB.

Both Bo and Stefan have proven to be innovative and highly-capable leaders, and BTM is very excited to have them as a part of the BTM Network. Their forward-thinking and enthusiastic approach fits perfectly into the BTM business model, and we look forward to helping them ensure that they remain the first and best choice to satisfy a customer’s need for sheet metal fabrication and assembly solutions throughout the Scandinavian region.
