940 Series Tog-L-Loc®

BTM's Tog-L-Loc® 940 Series tooling is available for adapting clinch (press joining) technology to standard sheet metal stamping die practices. Punches & Dies are available in various lengths and joint sizes to accomodate a wide variety of joining requirements.
Joining in the die eliminates welding and riveting operations, producing a clean, strong assembly. Tog-L-Loc® joins most plain or coated metals, and is used world wide by the automotive, appliance, electronics, building materials, and other industries.

940 Series Tog-L-Loc® Holders

BTM's 940 Series Holders allow tooling to be easily mounted in a die set. The holders are located by dowels and mounted with socket head screws.
The holders are reversible and accomodate various length punches and dies.
BTM's patented Spherical Washer retention system allows easy tool changes.

Tog-L-Loc® Tooling Retension Method

Tog-L-Loc 940 Series sheet metal joining tools use BTM's patented spherical washer retention. This method precisely locates the punch or die and provides an easy means of extracting the tool from the holder.
