BTM 7006 Series Hand Held Clinching Units

Hydraulic hand operated units ideal for prototyping or small production runs.

Compact, High-Force Units

7006 series hydraulic hand held units are most commonly used for joining thicker materials with larger clinch joints. This style unit also comes in a "Heavy Duty" version for clinching even thicker materials. Both versions have two standard anvil designs available to fit your part. The anvil mounts to the unit with one screw and a locating pin. Custom anvils adapt easily to fit your part design. The units have dual trigger handles which are adjustable for easy and productive positioning. 7006 Units may be operated in the "Peck Cycle" for increased productivity. For added productivity, an optional Gimbal Mount may be purchased which allows the unit to rotate 360° on three axes.
